Great gown! Positives more than negativesI got this champagne dress two days after ordering it. It arrived slightly messily, rolled up into a kind of ball and it was ultimately wrinkly. I placed an order for a size that was about 1.5 smaller in the waist. I didn't want to do that but it was the only available size with prime. I avoided trying it on and anticipated the worst. After sucking in my gut, and wiggling, it finally zipped and looked good. I think the fit was either good or a little loose. The dress was long on me and needed hemming of some inches even at 5'9". I presume that is how it is supposed to be. It needs to be that long for it to work for all. Recently, I made an order for another formal dress that has to be returned because it was higher than my feet when I don't wear footwears. In terms of quality and material, it looked like bridesmaid clothes that I bought for $300 from bridal shops.Other issues with the gown were that the shoulder straps needs to be cut short. For most people, it wouldn't look nice. I am well proportioned but they were still very big, making the chest to sag a bit. It will be an easy adjustment. My major complaint was that the white bra cups were clearly visible even through the material. Initially, I presumed it was my bra, but it was in built cups. Using a simple panel of opaque satin would have prevented this annoying problem. I am confused on what to do concerning but because I can do it, I will go to the bodice and add a material in between the cups and the external to fix the issue. I am not fully sure if the problem is for champagne color alone, but be prepared for that. After I fix it and reduce the straps, I may go braless, never done that before. I am happy with that. You can wear a bra with the dress if you need to. Despite my complaints concerning the cups, I am very happy with the dress. I commenced searching on Pinterest for ideas on formal dresses few months back. It never looked or feel cheap and I loved it much. It feels like I needed to get a size with AW Bridal for the security of knowing its source and also that AW Bridal will work on it if it never worked out. Nevertheless, after getting it, I think I will place an order without Prime if the need arises. I will definitely recommend.
