Return Policy

Items eligible for return & exchange

-Standard size dresses

-Ready to ship dresses

-Accessories (Without Customization)

-Item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt

-Incorrect items

 

Items with the following issues will be counted as our faults and return and exchange will be accepted:

Damaged or defective items

If your item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and submit valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Missing or incorrect Items

If you find a part is missing in the packaging or the item you receive is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and submit valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.

Items not as described

If you receive the item that doesn’t match the description in the original description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and submit valid photo proofs.

Please kindly note that there will be a slight color difference due to different monitors and we do not accept item returns for this. We recommend you order a color swatch before purchasing dresses.

 

Items NOT eligible for return & exchange

The following items are final sale, no returns, and exchanges for any reason.

-All 'made-to-order' dresses

-Items with 'final sale' and 'clearance' tag

-Accessories (With Customization)

-Any other customized items

 

Items with the following issues will NOT be accepted for return or exchange:

Color mismatching

Dear, different monitors show the colors differently, thus, we strongly recommend you order a swatch first before placing orders for dresses.

Sizing or Fitting issues

AW Bridal adopts its own standard of sizes, which may differ from the size you usually are. Make sure to check our size chart and video about how to take your measurements so that you won't have sizing and fitting problems.

As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. 

Hand-made issues

Most of our dresses are handmade by our experienced tailors so there might be some issues during the customization, we will not treat it as quality issues and no return and exchange.

We have some tips for you to deal with the issues

 

Tips:

1 Threads. Use scissors to cut it, please be careful.

2 Creases. Iron the clothes. Please iron the opposite side (inner side) of the clothes with beads, embroidery or other embellishments.

3 Slight Mark. This is mainly caused by tailors when using a water erasable pen for tailoring. It’s easy to clean by gently rubbing with water.

 

How to Return

The return must be initiated within 30 days upon receiving the items. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. We can not process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.

 

Dresses

1 Please make sure the dresses are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached inside.

2 Contact us through [email protected] with your order number and the issues, our service team will help you with all their efforts!

3 We don't take the responsibility for fees during the shipments.

 

Accessories

1 Please make sure the accessories are not broken, bent, or damaged and take a photo of the item before shipping it.

We will check the item before sending the refund or exchange. If the item has been damaged during the shipment, we will ask you to provide the photo to confirm whether the shipping company will take the responsibility or not.

2 Contact us through [email protected] with your order number and the issues, our service team will help you with all their efforts!

3 We don't take the responsibility for fees during the shipments.

 

Exchange

When we receive your returned items, we will check the condition of the items and make sure they are eligible for an exchange. Once checked and confirmed eligible, we will arrange the exchange as requested as soon as possible. If you need fast-exchanging, please contact us. Extra shipping fees may be charged for shipping services.

Note: We don't take the responsibility for fees during the shipments.

 

Refund

When we receive your returned items, we will check the condition of the items and make sure they are eligible for a refund. Once checked and confirmed eligible, we will issue the refund within 48 hours. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We may issue a partial or full refund depending on the condition of merchandise. If you have any problems with a refund, please feel free to contact us.

 

Note: Shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded.
