SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at awbridal.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Production And Shipping Time

Once your order is placed, it will be confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything is correct (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.), they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This process takes 1-3 business days.

Each dress is made-to-order by our tailors, taking up to one week. The turnaround time is the same for both standard size and custom dresses.

(Note: All custom orders are final orders.)

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your item(s) have been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order in the Track Your Order section.

Damages

AW.Bridal is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Currently, we offer both standard and expedited shipping options to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, and New Zealand.
