Return Policy
Conditions
All returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair, with all tags attached. Once a tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
Items not eligible for return:
- Custom Size Dresses, Purchased Try-On Dresses, Swatches, Fabric by the Yard And Ready to Ship Dresses.
- Our dresses (including standard sizes) are made-to-order to reduce environmental waste, Please avoid ordering multiple items and return only one for fitting.
How to return & exchange
Please note:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days upon receiving the items. It generally will take 0 - 15 business days to get your refund.
- Shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded. And we do not take the responsibility for return and exchange shipping fees.
- If you place a group order, you'd better note your event date to ensure timely delivery. If your girls place orders separately, please place all orders in one day and tell us all the order numbers to avoid color discrepancies.
Return Steps:
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Contact us at service@cs.awbridal.com with your order number and the issues.
- Return the parcel. Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect its condition.
- Once confirmed, our customer service will deal with it for you.
Changes & Cancellations
For Changes:
- If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at service@cs.awbridal.com within 24 hours of payment confirmation. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for change of standard size dresses after 24 hours. Custom size dresses cannot be change after 24 hours.
For Cancellations:
- The orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- The orders canceled over 24 hours of payment confirmation before shipping will be eligible for an 80% refund.
- Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Order Placement Considerations

About ColorIf you place a group order, we advise you place an order to avoid potential color discrepancies. All products are photographed using the actual items, but slight color variations might occur due to lighting or photography issues. If color accuracy is particularly important, it is recommended to purchase a color swatch or fabric sample before ordering the dresses.

About SizeSize variations exist between different companies, so it's important to refer to our size chart when placing an order. We cannot afford to the "buy-many-keep-one" purchase. If standard sizes are not suitable, we recommend custom size.
